Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Cuarto Administrativo de Florencia y el Juzgado Primero de Familia del Circuito de Neiva.
La controversia entre las precitadas autoridades tuvo su origen en las diferentes interpretaciones sobre el factor territorial.
Ambas presentaron una serie de argumentos relacionados con el lugar donde se produjo y tuvo sus efectos la vulneración de derechos alegada por la parte demandante.
Se dirime la controversia con la remisión del expediente al Juzgado Primero de Familia del Circuito de Neiva, para que, de forma inmediata, inicie el trámite de amparo respectivo y profiera la decisión que corresponda, conforme a las previsiones del artículo 86 de la Constitución Política y del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
